4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 30 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise stated. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Defective Products
If a product is defective, please contact us immediately at mail@friendsofstrangers.de. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
